工业是实体经济的基础、国民经济的支柱。近年来,湖州工业经济保持平稳、较快增长,但长期积累的素质性、结构性矛盾依然存在。加快推动湖州工业转型升级,培育区域竞争优势,根本出路在于改革创新,关键要靠科技力量。本文根据湖州市一定时期内的相关数据来分析全市工业企业自主创新与结构转型升级的现状、特点和存在的问题,提出努力营造发展和改革氛围、积极把握工业发展新机遇,做大做强实体经济等建议。
Industry is the foundation of the real economy and the pillar of the national economy.
