进入二十一世纪,全球经济的一体化和竞争的加剧驱使全球企业突出核心竞争力,单个企业通过提高生产力,提高产品质量和采用先进技术而带来的利润越来越有限,企业间的竞争正逐渐演变为以核心企业为中心的供应链与供应链之间的竞争,能够充分发挥个体潜能、整体成本最低的供应链管理作为一个热点为各企业重视成为必然。本文通过考察当前市场竞争环境下供应链管理模式(SCM)带给企业的优势及企业供应链管理的优化策略,研究供应链的特点及供应链对油田企业整体竞争力的影响。
