近年来,云南的旅游业获得了较快速的发展,尽管云南旅游资源禀赋丰富,但旅游业在云南各地区之间发展是不平衡的。在促进和制约云南旅游产业发展的诸多因素中,以政策为核心的制度因素起到非常重要的作用。文章以西双版纳和丽江的旅游发展为例证,从管理体制、旅游促销和旅游资源开发等方面分析了政策因素如何影响当地旅游业的发展。
In recent years, Yunnan’s tourism industry has enjoyed rapid development. Despite the abundant tourism resources in Yunnan, the development of tourism in various regions of Yunnan is not balanced. Among the many factors that promote and restrict the development of Yunnan’s tourism industry, policy-centered institutional factors play a very important role. Taking the tourism development in Xishuangbanna and Lijiang as an example, this article analyzes how the policy factors affect the development of local tourism from aspects of management system, tourism promotion and tourism resource development.
