了解北京市场贝类水产品的部分元素污染状况及食用安全性,于2009年3月对北京4个主要水产市场的5种海水与2种淡水贝类部分元素含量进行检测,采用单因子污染指数(P)i对元素含量进行污染评价,采用重金属污染指数(XMP)I比较不同贝类元素含量的差异,结合相关标准和研究资料对北京市场贝类食用安全性进行评价。北京市场食用贝类体内Cu、Pb处于轻度污染水平,Se、Zn处于中等污染水平,Cd处于重污染水平,As、Cr、Sn、Sb、Ni、Hg、CH3-Hg等元素含量均处于正常的背景范围内。海水贝类重金属污染指数(XMP)I高于淡水贝类,其中牡蛎重金属污染指数最高,主要污染因子为Zn。北京水产市场主要贝类重金属含量安全卫生质量较好,食用安全风险较低。
To understand some of the elemental pollution status and food safety of shellfish products in Beijing market, the content of some elements of 5 kinds of seawater and 2 kinds of freshwater shellfish in 4 major aquatic markets in Beijing in March 2009 were tested.
