课例研究是教师专业发展和提高教学效果的有效途径。课例研究源于日本,20世纪90年代起引起了诸多国家的重视。课例研究在我国引进推行过程中,还存在研究意识缺乏、热情不高,目标定位不准确,教学方式单一,直接引用多、本土化研究少等问题,本文试图从植根于我国实际、立足校本教研,明确定位课例研究发展目标,增强教师的研究意识和反思精神,转变教学方式促进教学风格多样化,加强教育专家对基层教师的指导等方面提出推行课例研究本土化的对策建议,以促进课例研究的深入健康发展。
Case study is an effective way for teachers to develop professionally and improve teaching effectiveness. The case study originated from Japan, which attracted the attention of many countries in the 1990s. In the course of the introduction and implementation of the case study in our country, there are some problems such as the lack of research consciousness, the low enthusiasm, the inaccurate target orientation, the single teaching method, the lack of research on the localization and so on. School-based teaching and research, a clear positioning of the case study and development goals, enhance teachers’ sense of research and reflection, change teaching methods to promote the diversification of teaching style, strengthen education experts guidance to grassroots teachers and other aspects of the implementation of case study localization countermeasures and suggestions, To promote the in-depth and healthy development of case studies.
