In this paper, the analysis of peripheral blood leukocyte count (WBC) and platelet mean volume (MPV) in patients with acute cerebral infarction, to explore their relationship with the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction and related pathological and biochemical basis. 1 Materials and Methods 11 Clinical data of cerebral infarction group: randomly selected in our hospital from January 1996 to December 1997 admitted to acute cerebral infarction in 6 patients, all within 48 hours after onset of treatment.
