(一) 一般情况12240Z柴油机连杆采用主副连杆结构,该机装在北京型内燃机车上。北京型机车投入运用已经多年,柴油机主、副连杆部件都未发生重大事故,基本满足运转要求。但自1981年起天津、石家庄及郑州等机务段都曾出现副连杆断裂事故。初步统计,从1981年4月起至1983年7月止,已有15台机车因连杆断裂而造成机体破损、气门顶弯及缸套击破等重大事故,影
