延安市志丹县永宁采油厂顺5注水站采用6口水源井树状网供水。由于水源井井位比较分散,并且水源井的井口高程、地下含水层的深度和厚度不同,以及集水管线所处路由的地形高差较大,给集水管线的水力计算带来了很大难度。在高扬程深井潜水泵可选型号有限的条件下,从管线翻越点着手,利用节点压力平衡反算水源井井口压力和潜水泵的下泵深度。调整下泵深度法较好地解决了水泵选型问题,也大大减小了节点水压平衡计算的工作量。
