中药寒热药性与物质能量代谢密不可分,高良姜能够通过影响物质能量代谢发挥其药理作用。本文从糖代谢、脂类代谢、氨基酸代谢、核苷酸代谢和线粒体生物氧化等几方面综述了近年来高良姜及其主要化学成分的药理学机制研究进展,探讨作为典型温热药的高良姜与物质能量代谢之间的关系,对其研究概况与研究方向进行总结、展望,以期为其他寒热中药的药理研究提供方向。
Chinese medicine cold and heat medicine and material energy metabolism are inseparable, galangal can exert its pharmacological effects through the impact of material energy metabolism. This review summarizes the recent advances in the pharmacological mechanisms of galangal and its major chemical constituents from the aspects of carbohydrate metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, nucleotide metabolism and mitochondrial biooxidation. In this paper, And the relationship between material and energy metabolism, the research overview and research direction to summarize and prospect, in order to provide the direction for the pharmacology of other cold and heat traditional Chinese medicine.
