目的:探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中整合素α5β1蛋白和乙酰肝素酶蛋白表达及临床意义。方法:应用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化方法 (SP法)检测68例宫颈鳞癌组织和20例宫颈正常组织整合素α5β1蛋白和乙酰肝素酶蛋白表达情况,分析两者在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的相关性。结果:宫颈鳞癌组织整合素α5β1蛋白和乙酰肝素酶蛋白的阳性表达率分别为77.9%和72.1%,均高于正常宫颈组织中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整合素α5β1蛋白和乙酰肝素酶蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.570)。结论:整合素α5β1蛋白和乙酰肝素酶蛋白的高表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展有关,并且具有正协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of integrin α5β1 and heparanase in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The protein expression of integrin α5β1 and heparanase in 68 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of cervical normal tissue was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results: The positive rates of integrin α5β1 and heparanase in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 77.9% and 72.1%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal cervical tissues (P <0.05) There was a positive correlation between the expression of α5β1 protein and heparanase protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (r = 0.570). Conclusion: The high expression of integrin α5β1 and heparanase is associated with the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and has a positive synergistic effect.
