目的了解与2012年发现疫苗衍生脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒(VDPV)病例的天津市静海县接壤的河北省4个县健康人群脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)免疫状况,为评估脊灰野病毒输入及疫苗衍生脊灰病毒循环发生提供科学依据。方法调查该4个县<1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~10岁、11~14岁、15~19岁、≥20岁8个年龄组共465人,采用微量细胞中和实验测定脊灰中和抗体。结果调查人群脊灰中和抗体Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型阳性率分别是97.2%、98.5%和92.7%;抗体滴度中位数分别是1∶128、1∶128和1∶64。结论与天津市静海县接壤的4县健康人群对脊灰病毒形成了良好的免疫屏障。
Objective To understand the polio (polio) immunity status of healthy population in 4 counties of Hebei Province, which was found to be associated with Jinghai County in Tianjin in 2012, where the vaccine-derived poliovirus (poliovirus) (VDPV) was found. Results The positive rate of poliovirus neutralizing antibodies Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 97.2%, 98.5% and 92.7% respectively. The median antibody titers were 1:128, 1:128 and 1:64 respectively. Conclusions The healthy population of 4 counties bordering Jinghai County in Tianjin has formed a good immune barrier to poliovirus.
