用热等静压焊接的方法对两种性能差异很大的金属材料钨和铜成功地进行了焊接。对各种不同条件下的焊接性能作了对比分析。用SEM对断口和焊接界面作了分析 ,给出了两种样品的断裂特征和焊接过程中元素的扩散特点。发现焊接温度、材质以及焊接压力等对焊接质量有很大影响。通过试验得出了较佳的焊接工艺
Two hot-isostatic-welding methods, tungsten and copper, were used to successfully weld two types of metals. The welding performance under different conditions was compared. Fracture and weld interface were analyzed by SEM, and the fracture characteristics of the two samples and the diffusion characteristics of the elements in the welding process were given. It is found that the welding temperature, material and welding pressure have a great influence on the welding quality. The better welding process is obtained through experiments
