家庭暴力日渐成为一个严重的社会问题,而妇女则是家庭暴力的最大受害者,其基本权益的有效保护,需要得到全社会的共同关注。本文结合我国针对妇女的家庭暴力的基本特点,基于社会生态系统理论的框架,对受虐妇女的状况进行系统分析,并借鉴国内外相关领域的有益经验,从构建反家庭暴力制度体系、促成多机构合作干预家暴进入政府工作主流、加强施暴者的心理疏导、提升受虐妇女的能力等方面提出了几点构想,以期不断增强社会公众的平等观念和社会性别意识,对我国反家庭暴力工作有所裨益。
Domestic violence has increasingly become a serious social problem. However, women are the biggest victims of domestic violence. Effective protection of their basic rights and interests needs the common concern of the whole society. Based on the basic characteristics of domestic violence against women in our country and based on the framework of social ecosystem theory, this paper systematically analyzes the situation of abused women and draws lessons from the relevant experience both at home and abroad. Institutional cooperation and intervention of domestic violence into the mainstream of government work to strengthen the psychological distress of perpetrators to enhance the ability of abused women put forward several ideas to continuously enhance the public’s sense of equality and gender awareness of our work against domestic violence Benefit.
