以为某选矿厂设计的4 500 mm×4 500 mm浆体输送搅拌槽为例,介绍了浆体输送搅拌槽的工作原理和设计方法,利用搅拌槽设计的一些经验公式确定主要技术参数,并结合现场实际使用情况,验证设计的合理性,为技术人员设计浆体输送搅拌槽提供了参考借鉴。
Taking the 4 500 mm × 4 500 mm slurry conveying stirred tank designed by a concentrator as an example, the working principle and design method of the slurry conveying stirred tank are introduced. Some empirical formulas of the stirred tank are used to determine the main technical parameters. Combined with the actual use of the scene to verify the rationality of the design for the technicians to design slurry delivery stirred tank provides a reference.
