卫生人力是实现卫生服务目标最重要的资源。生医护士(包括护师)又是卫生人力的核心力量,其数量和分布经常作为衡量一个国家和地区卫生水平的客观标准。本文采用吉尼不均衡系数(Gini Coeff-icient of Ineguality简称g)法,评价分析中国1949-1985年医生、护士的城乡分布的均衡程度,1982-1986年医生、护士的各省,市,自治区分布的均衡程度,医生的分布异与全世界1955-1983年发达国家与发展中国家医生的分布进行对比。
Health manpower is the most important resource for achieving health service goals. Health nurses (including nursing nurses) are also the core forces of the health workforce, and their number and distribution are often used as objective standards to measure the health level of a country and a region. In this paper, the Gini Coeff-icient of Ineggity abbreviation (gini Coeff-icient of Ineggity abbreviation) is used to evaluate the balance between the distribution of doctors and nurses in China from 1949 to 1985 and the distribution of doctors and nurses in provinces, cities and autonomous regions from 1982 to 1986. The degree of balance and the distribution of doctors are compared with the distribution of doctors in developed and developing countries in the world from 1955 to 1983.
