目的分析基层医院感染管理存在的问题,探讨基层医院预防控制感染管理的措施。方法笔者密切关注所在医院在软件和硬件条件建设方面的状况同时,走访了本县多所二三级医院。结果发现好多基层医院感染管理流于形式,医院感染管理投入不足,各家医院的三级感染管理组织都非常健全却形同虚设,应付检查,医院布局流程不合理、老化、手卫生执行力差、硬件改建推后,医务人员对医院感染管理认识不够,在医院感染管理上存在许多安全隐患。结论新形势下基层医院感染管理需要多方面的参与,只有在政府增加投入(或院感收取适当的成本费)、院领导支持、重视院感文化建设等,再配合一支高素质的院感专职人员,通过对全院职工培训、沟通、交流,提高他们对院感工作认识,达到人人参与,是解决目前基层医院感染管理存在问题必备条件。
Objective To analyze the problems in the management of grass-roots hospital infection and to explore the measures to prevent and control infection in grass-roots hospitals. Conclusions In the new situation, grassroots hospital infection management needs a lot of participation. Only when the government increases investment (or hospital charges appropriate cost), hospital leaders support, attaches great importance to the construction of hospital culture and so on, Full-time staff, through the training of all staff, communication and exchange, to enhance their understanding of the nursery flu work, to all people involved, is to solve the existing grass-roots hospital infection management problems in the prerequisites.
