近几年来,莆田部分麻田严重发生青枯死秆现象,对红麻生产和良种繁育构成威胁。为此,我们于1986~1988年连续三年,进行系统病原测定和发生规律研究。结果发现,病株基部的维管束呈褐色病征,在9倍扩大镜下见到有细菌浓溢出;经多次的病原分离培养、回接和对花生、芝麻寄主测定,结果得到一致性病状,肯定了病原菌株为青枯病菌。经中国农科院植保所研究员何礼远鉴定,确认为Pseudomonas s-danacearnm E.F.Smith,属生化变种Ⅲ。经检索证
