三门峡市在转变经济发展方式、建设和谐社会中,把建立职工工资共决机制作为民生工程,列入“十二五”发展规划。各级工会抢抓机遇,服务大局,在市委、政府主导下,履行维权之责,举全会之力,推进工资集体协商工作。截至目前,全市共签订工资专项集体合同804份,覆盖企业1761家,覆盖职工19.77万人,已建会企业工资集体协商建制率已达87.3%,提前实现了全国总工会确定的三年建制规划目标。他们的主要做法是:
