桐梓县积极探索新形势下党员教育管理和党内监督的长效机制,进一步加强党员档案管理工作。通过开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动,基层党支部不同程度暴露出对党员情况不明,培训不力,管理不善等问题。针对这些问题,该县以支部为单位,组织全体党员c包括流动党员、离退休老党员等)填报相关材料,建立健全党支部党员档案工作。档案收集的主要内容:一是自然情况,包括姓名、出生时间、籍贯、入党时间、家庭住址、以及职业(职务、职称)等。二是鉴定材料,包括年度民主评议党员党员情况、现实表现情况等。三是党员个人其他有关材料,包括书面(口头)形式的思想、学习、工作、生活等
