某冷轧钢轧后库为全钢结构厂房,厂房屋面板下表面常有结露现象发生。通过对该厂房室内外温湿度的测量,定量分析了厂房结露的发生情况,对每月结露发生的概率和结露发生的时间进行分析和统计。实测数据表明在正常的生产条件下,在室外温度较低的月份厂房结露情况较为严重。室内相对湿度与室外相对湿度的相关性较大,室内外相对湿度的变化趋势是一致的。在室外温度相近的月份,室外相对湿度越大,厂房结露发生率越高。结露发生时间多集中在夜晚到凌晨,午后发生结露的概率较低。最后对厂房屋面结露的原因进行了总结,认为生产工艺有一定的热量和湿蒸汽散入室内,厂房通风条件较差,不利的室外温湿度环境和厂房围护结构不设保温是厂房结露现象发生的原因。
After a cold-rolled steel rolled warehouse for all-steel structure plant, factory roof often condensation under the surface. Condensation occurs more often in the evening to early morning, the probability of dew condensation in the afternoon is lower. Finally, the reasons for condensation on the roof of the plant were summarized, and the conclusion was that the production process has certain heat and wet steam dispersed indoors, poor ventilation conditions in the plant, unfavorable outdoor temperature and humidity environment and no insulation of the enclosure structure of the plant, The reason for the phenomenon.
