为探讨儿童空腹血清胃泌素的正常值 ,将312例正常儿童(年龄6岁～12岁)分为A组(6岁～)、B组(7岁～)、C组 (8岁～)、D组(9岁～)、E组(10岁～)、F组(11岁～12岁)等6组 ,用放射免疫分析法测定空腹血清胃泌素。结果 :正常儿童空腹血清胃泌素最低值为33.47pg/ml,最高值为147.62pg/ml,均值为(67.01±20.40)pg/ml,男女间无明显差异(P>0.05)。各年龄组均值分别为(68.52±26.08)pg/ml,(66.53±19.32)pg/ml,(70.28±22.40)pg/ml,(69.83±20.55)pg/ml,(68.10±19.22)pg/ml和(61.03±15.54)pg/ml,经方差分析 ,组间无明显差异 (P>0.05) ,各组男女间亦无显著差异 (P>0.05)。提示正常儿童空腹血清胃泌素均值 (67.01±20.40)pg/ml,与国内相关报道中正常对照组均值接近 ,结果可靠 ,可作为正常值供有关科研工作者参考
To investigate the normal value of fasting serum gastrin in children, 312 normal children (6 to 12 years old) were divided into group A (6 years old), group B (7 years old), group C (8 years old) , Group D (9 years old), group E (10 years old), group F (11 years old to 12 years old). The fasting serum gastrin was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: The lowest value of fasting serum gastrin in normal children was 33.47pg / ml, the highest value was 147.62pg / ml, the average was (67.01 ± 20.40) pg / ml. The mean age was 68.52 ± 26.08 pg / ml, 66.53 ± 19.32 pg / ml, 70.28 ± 22.40 pg / ml, 69.83 ± 20.55 pg / ml and 68.10 ± 19.22 pg / ml respectively And (61.03 ± 15.54) pg / ml respectively.
