高等学校养老保险,是高等学校教职工薪酬中的一种延期报酬,涉及每一个教职工的长远的切身利益,它是所有高等学校教职工十分关心的问题,其重要性显得尤为突出。本文就高等学校当前实施养老保险工作中第二支柱职业年金制度进行介绍,尝试提出高等学校职业年金法律制度的基本思路和具体措施。
The endowment insurance in colleges and universities is a kind of deferred payment in the remuneration of faculties and colleges in colleges and universities. It involves the long-term vital interests of every faculty. It is an issue that all faculty members in colleges and universities are very concerned about. This paper introduces the second pillar occupational annuity system in the current implementation of pension insurance in colleges and universities, trying to put forward the basic ideas and specific measures for the legal system of occupational annuity in higher schools.
