食管鳞癌中RUNX3蛋白表达下调或缺失及临床意义

目的探讨食管鳞癌中RUNX3蛋白表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用蛋白质印迹法检测RUNX3蛋白在42例食管鳞癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的差异,并分析与临床病理参数的关系。结果蛋白质印迹显示47.6%(20/42)的食管鳞癌组织RUNX3蛋白表达明显下调或缺失,而在癌旁正常组织中表达正常,RUNX3蛋白在食管鳞癌组织与癌旁正常组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),RUNX3蛋白的表达下调或缺失与淋巴结转移、TNM分期显著相关(P值分别为0.047及0.026)),与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、饮酒史、家族史等之间无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 RUNX3蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中存在明显的表达缺失或下调,并与食管鳞癌TNM分期及淋巴结转移密切相关,其表达下调与食管鳞癌的浸润、转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of RUNX3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Western blotting was used to detect the expression of RUNX3 in 42 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The relationship between RUNX3 protein and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results Western blotting showed that the expression of RUNX3 protein in 47.6% (20/42) esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly down-regulated or down-regulated, while it was normal in adjacent normal tissues. The expression of RUNX3 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues There was statistical significance (P <0.001). The down-regulation or deletion of RUNX3 protein was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (P = 0.047 and 0.026, respectively) Family history and other no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusions RUNX3 protein is significantly down-regulated or down-regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and is closely related to TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The down-regulation of RUNX3 protein is associated with invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
