采用面向对象的程序开发技术,利用AutoCAD强大的图形界面系统和数据库,设计了一套完整的门式刚架CAD系统。介绍了系统的功能设计,ObjectARX和MFC的基本知识,以及利用ObjectARX技术和C++程序语言实现的过程;针对在门式刚架设计中经常出现的楔形单元和偏心单元,采用等效惯性矩方法,及力的传递和刚体运动的一般规律,分别给出了其有限元模型;通过对Microsoft Office办公软件的二次开发,实现了word计算书的自动生成;采用系统设计了一门式刚架厂房,通过比较分析证明系统具有较高的精度和适用性,满足工程设计要求。
Using object-oriented program development technology, using AutoCAD powerful graphical interface system and database, designed a complete set of portal frame CAD system. This paper introduces the function design of the system, the basic knowledge of ObjectARX and MFC, and the process of using ObjectARX technology and C ++ programming language. For the wedge-shaped elements and eccentric elements that often appear in portal frame design, the equivalent moment of inertia method is adopted, And the general rules of force transmission and rigid body motion are given respectively, and their finite element models are given respectively. Through the secondary development of Microsoft Office software, the auto-generation of word-counting book is realized.
