先进的医院文化能凝聚人心,鼓舞士气,激发热情。创新医院文化是实施现代化医院管理的新型模式。医院精神是医院文化建设的核心,它决定着医院和医院群体及个人的价值取向、行为理念、伦理道德,是凝聚和激励全院人员的旗帜,是医院发展的精神动力。解放军总医院第一附属医院党委坚持把文化建院、文化强院、文化兴院作为提升医院凝聚力、战斗力和构建和谐医患关系的重点来抓,引领医院各项建设不断健康发展。医院多次被总部评为“基层文化建设先进单位”。
