DNA甲基化作为一种表观遗传学元件,参与正常细胞的发育分化、基因组印记、X染色体失活和染色质重构等生命过程,在肿瘤演进中亦发挥重要作用.为满足不断深入的研究需求,DNA甲基化检测技术得到了较快的发展,检测的灵敏度和特异度不断提高,并逐步从个别位点向高通量检测发展.该文综述了目前常用的DNA甲基化分析方法,并简要总结了其在应用中的关键点和经验.
