预制混凝土具有生产效率高,产品质量好,对环境污染小,利于可持续发展等优点,但由于装配连接技术的不完善,预制混凝土构件在抗震等方面相对于现浇筑建筑还有一定的差距。只有较好的、成熟的解决装配连接上的难题,才能实现预制混凝土构件的全面发展,实现国家节能减排的战略方针。本项目结合国内外对装配结构的最新研究现状,针对预制钢筋混凝土构件边节点连接的关键技术进行理论分析和试验研究,探索出预制钢筋混凝土梁柱构件边节点连接的新技术,为大力发展装配结构体系提供理论和工程设计的试验依据。
Prefabricated concrete has the advantages of high production efficiency, good product quality, small environmental pollution and sustainable development. However, due to the imperfect assembly and connection technology, the prefabricated concrete has a certain disparity in terms of earthquake resistance and other aspects compared with the cast-in-place construction. Only a good, mature solution to the problem of assembly and connection, in order to achieve the all-round development of precast concrete components to achieve the national energy-saving emission reduction strategy. Based on the latest research status of assembly structure at home and abroad, this project aims at the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the key technologies of precast reinforced concrete members’ edge joints, and explores the new technology of connecting edge joints of precast reinforced concrete beam and column members. Structural system provides experimental and theoretical basis for engineering design.
