采用高压浸渍呋喃树脂工艺制备了浸树脂石墨复合材料,并将其加工成密封环进行气密性检验。利用车加工、磨加工及表面抛光等处理方法得到不同的材料表面状态,研究了表面状态与材料密封性能之间的关系。结果表明,浸树脂工艺能大幅提高材料的综合性能,可以作为高性能机械密封材料得到应用。材料的表面状态与其密封性能密切相关,表面微观形貌引起的O型胶圈封闭不严是影响材料密封性能的关键因素。
High-pressure impregnated furan resin was prepared impregnated resin graphite composite material, and processed into a ring seal for air tightness test. The surface states of different materials were obtained by machining, grinding and surface polishing. The relationship between the surface state and the material sealing performance was also studied. The results show that the resin impregnation process can significantly improve the overall performance of the material, which can be used as a high performance mechanical seal material. The surface condition of the material is closely related to its sealing performance. The tight sealing of the O-ring caused by the micro-topography of the surface is the key factor that affects the sealing performance of the material.
