低合金冷硬铸铁线材轧辊磨损严重、寿命过短是影响线材生产的主要材料障碍。在弄清楚轧辊材质与轧辊工作条件的基础上,对已经报废的成品辊取样,用金相、扫描电镜和电子探针等试验方法,进行了系统分析。研究了轧辊的磨损形貌与磨损类型,探讨了磨损速率与辊材硬度之间的相互关系以及工作温度的影响。结果认为轧辊报废的主要原因是由于辊槽的温度升高,硬度下降而使得槽底严重磨损的结果。
Low alloy chilled cast iron wire roll wear serious, short life expectancy is the main material affecting wire rod manufacturing obstacles. On the basis of knowing the roll material and working conditions of the roll, the finished rolls which have been scrapped were sampled and analyzed by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and electron probe. The wear morphology and wear types of the roll were studied. The relationship between the wear rate and the roll hardness and the influence of working temperature were discussed. As a result, the main reason for the roll scrap is that as the temperature of the roll groove is raised and the hardness is lowered, the groove bottom is seriously worn out.
