本室1984年首次提出,大鼠蛛网膜下腔(ith)注射内源性Kappa受体激动剂强啡肽(DYN)可通过抑制交感神经引起较长时程的血压下降及心率减慢,提示兴奋脊髓中的Kappa受体可抑制心血管活动。U50,488H是Kappa型阿片受体的激动剂,较之DYN有更高的Kappa选择性。本工作即应用U50488H对以往的工作进行检验。 体重185-270g的雄性大鼠在戊巴妥钠麻醉下进行脑室(icy)或ith插管,然后行气管插管术。自右颈总动脉插管经多导仪记录血压及心率。部分动物同时记录左侧腹腔神经节后交感神经干传出放电的积分曲线。
Our laboratory first proposed in 1984 that intrathymic subarachnoid (ith) injection of endogenous Kappa receptor agonist dynorphin (DYN) can reduce long-term blood pressure and heart rate by inhibiting sympathetic depression, suggesting Excitatory Kappa receptors in the spinal cord inhibit cardiovascular activity. U50,488H is a Kappa-type opioid receptor agonist with a higher Kappa selectivity than DYN. This work is the application of U50488H to test the past work. Male rats weighing 185-270 g were intubated (icy) or ith under anesthesia with pentobarbital and then intubated. From the right common carotid artery catheter recording by multi-channel pressure and heart rate. Some animals simultaneously recorded the left celiac ganglion sympathetic trunk outgoing discharge integral curve.
