针对传统飞机配电控制盒手动测试周期长、测试步骤复杂、可靠性低等弊端,提出的一种基于LabVIEW的飞机配电控制盒自动测试系统,用以实现配电盒各项性能的测试。系统采用了软硬件相结合的虚拟仪器技术,硬件实现数据的采集,软件对数据进行分析处理,实现了测试的自动化。介绍了测试系统结构组成,重点给出了系统软件部分设计实现,提出了一种利用配置文件进行指令数据管理的方法,这种方式灵活、高效,方便数据的处理以及测试系统程序的扩展。经测试系统实验证明,这种配置文件的利用方法大大提高了系统的效率。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional manual test cycle, such as long manual test period, complicated test steps and low reliability, the automatic test system for aircraft power distribution control box based on LabVIEW is proposed to test the performance of power distribution box. System uses a combination of hardware and software virtual instrument technology, hardware data acquisition, software analysis and processing of data to achieve the test automation. The structure of the test system is introduced. The design and implementation of the system software is given, and a method of using the configuration file to manage the command data is presented. This method is flexible, efficient, convenient data processing and the expansion of the test system program. The test system experiments show that the use of such a configuration file greatly improves the efficiency of the system.
