作者应用扫描电镜对二例足月新生死婴的鼻腔粘膜表面进行了多部位、序列性取材观察,目的在于了解人胚胎足月时鼻粘膜纤毛系统的发育状态和生长方式。结果发现,在下鼻甲前、中部,下鼻道前、中部,鼻底前、中部,鼻中隔前、下部和中鼻道前部共9个部位有纤毛细胞生长。以前、下方数量较多,排列紧密。向后上方则数基逐渐减少,密度降低。至下鼻甲和下鼻道的后部、鼻底后部,鼻中隔中、后部,中鼻道中部以上和以后的部位均无纤毛细胞生长。在鼻腔前下方的纤毛细胞表面约有80~150根纤毛生生,与成人的鼻粘膜纤毛
The authors used scanning electron microscopy of nasal mucosal surface of two cases of newborn infants and young adults were multi-site sequence observation, the purpose is to understand the human embryonic term nasal mucosal ciliary system development and growth patterns. The results showed that in the inferior turbinate before, middle, lower front of the nasal passages, middle, before the middle of the nose, middle, nasal septum, anterior and middle part of the anterior nasal cilia a total of 9 parts of ciliated cells grow.
