本文测定腎上腺静脉血内腎上腺素含量的变化和瞬膜紧张度等情况,结合腎血流动力的研究,来比较胍乙啶和利血平的作用。戊巴比妥钠麻醉和去内脏的猫,从左侧腎上腺腰静脉取血,用大白鼠子宫法检定腎上腺素。从股静脉抽血和膀胱导尿测定腎血浆流量(对氨基马尿酸)和腎小球滤过率(肌酐)。静脉注射胍乙啶5毫克/公斤或利血平1毫克/公斤。结果发现胍乙啶与利血平主要的不同作用是:1)胍乙啶显著地抑制腎上腺释放腎上腺素,而利血平则增加不明显;2)胍乙啶使瞬膜明显收缩至少1小时,给利血平后未见到如此明显的变化;3)给胍乙啶5—15分钟,腎血管扩张,腎血流增速和尿量增加,而利血平则作用相反。
