3种植物浸液对白纹伊蚊产卵的影响研究

目的筛选具有诱集白纹伊蚊产卵活性的植物浸液,并分析其化学成分。方法选择稻草、竹叶和狗牙根浸泡不同时间,在实验室和现场进行白纹伊蚊诱集产卵实验,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析植物浸液中的挥发性化合物。结果实验室稻草和竹叶浸液均有诱集白纹伊蚊产卵的活性,狗牙根浸液的诱集活性较差。稻草及竹叶浸液的平均诱卵率分别为63.20%~80.20%和47.51%~86.34%,平均产卵活跃指数(OAI)分别为0.26~0.60和-0.05~0.76;稻草浸泡30~70 d,竹叶浸泡50~70d具有明显的诱集活性,浸泡时间越长,诱集效果越好。应用浸泡≥50d的浸液进行现场实验,稻草及竹叶浸液的平均诱卵率分别为70.99%~96.17%和69.52%~89.51%;平均OAI分别为0.42~0.93和0.39~0.79。GC-MS鉴定不同浸泡时间稻草浸液中的化合物共108种,竹叶浸液有97种,其中相对含量>3%的化学物共17种,2,4-二苯酚(C_(14)H_(22)O)和苯甲醛(C_9H_(17)O)在所有样本中均存在,且含量较高。结论稻草和竹叶浸泡一定时间后,其浸液具有明显的诱集白纹伊蚊产卵活性,主要化学成分为2,4-二苯酚和苯甲醛。 OBJECTIVE: To screen the plant extracts with the activity of inducing Aedes albopictus to spawn, and analyze its chemical composition. Methods Straw, bamboo leaves and bermudagrass were immersed in different time, and Aedes albopictus was collected in the laboratory and on site for oviposition test. The volatile components in plant extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) Compound. Results Laboratory straw and bamboo leaf extracts all had the activity of inducing Ae. Albopictus to spawn. The inducement of bermudagrass solution was poor. The average oviposition rates of rice straw and bamboo leaf immersion were 63.20% -80.20% and 47.51% -86.34%, respectively, and the average oviposition activity index (OAI) was 0.26-0.60 and -0.05-0.76 respectively. Rice straw was soaked for 30-70 days , Bamboo leaves soaking for 50 ~ 70d has obvious trapping activity, soaking time is longer, the better the trapping effect. The in situ experiments showed that the average inoculation rates of rice straw and bamboo leaf extracts were 70.99% -96.17% and 69.52% -89.51%, respectively. The average OAI were 0.42-0.93 and 0.39-0.79, respectively. A total of 108 compounds were identified by GC-MS in different soak time and 97 kinds of bamboo leaves were immersed in aqueous solution. Among them, 17 kinds of chemicals with relative contents> 3%, C_ (14) H_ (22) O) and benzaldehyde (C_9H_ (17) O) are present in all the samples with high content. Conclusion After immersing rice straw and bamboo leaves for a certain period of time, the immersion liquid of the rice straw and the bamboo leaf obviously have the activity of inducing the spawning of Ae. Albopictus. The main chemical components are 2,4-diphenol and benzaldehyde.
