针对直流串激式电机作为矿用电机车的弊端,采用开关磁阻电机作为矿用电机车的动力源并利用STM32F103作为系统控制器。介绍了开关磁阻电机的特点,并设计其硬件电路和利用直接转矩作为SRD调速方式。实验结果显示,开关磁阻电机可以稳定运行,并且满足矿用电机车控制要求。
Aiming at the disadvantage of DC series motor as mine electric locomotive, switched reluctance motor is adopted as the power source of mine electric locomotive and STM32F103 is used as system controller. The characteristics of switched reluctance motor are introduced, and its hardware circuit is designed and the direct torque is used as SRD speed regulation mode. The experimental results show that the switched reluctance motor can run stably and meet the control requirements of mining electric locomotives.
