本文主要探究国有企业社保工作存在问题及解决对策,国有企业的社保工作是我国社会保障的基础性工作,对维护社会的公平正义有重要意义。由于历史原因,当前我国国有企业社保工作不同程度的存在以下问题:社会保障理念落后;管理体系不完善;配套服务不健全;社保宣传和工作作风需要改进;社保工作人员的素质不高。为了解决这些问题我们应该做到:加强社保工作宣传,转变工作作风;科学合理制定社保工作制度,加强对其监督管理;完善国企社保工作的各项机制;健全配套服务;打造优质社保工作人才队伍。
This paper mainly explores the existing problems and countermeasures in the social security work of state-owned enterprises. The social security work of state-owned enterprises is the basic work of social security in our country and is of great significance to the maintenance of social fairness and justice. Due to historical reasons, the current problems of SOE social security work in our country are as follows: the concept of social security is backward; the management system is imperfect; the supporting service is not perfect; the social insurance publicity and work style need to be improved; and the quality of social security staff is not high. In order to solve these problems, we should do the following: strengthen the publicity of social security work and change the working style; scientifically and reasonably formulate the social security work system, strengthen its supervision and management; perfect the various mechanisms of the state-owned social security work; perfect the supporting services and create a high quality social security workforce .
