证券投资基金是证券市场中必不可少的投资工具,而我国当前对于证券投资基金持有人的利益保护仍存在着一些问题。本文从法学分析的角度出发,研究了证券投资基金持有人利益保护的法理基础、理论影响与责任分配等重点内容,并在此基础上指出了当前我国证券投资基金持有人利益保护中的一些缺陷和问题,以期能在法律制度完善的基础上逐步予以弥补和解决。
Securities investment funds are indispensable investment tools in the stock market. At present, there are still some problems in the protection of the interests of the holders of securities investment funds in our country. From the point of view of legal analysis, this paper studies the legal basis, theoretical influence and responsibility distribution of securities investment fund holders’ interests, and on this basis points out the current protection of the interests of China’s securities investment fund holders Some shortcomings and problems, with a view to gradually make up and resolve on the basis of improving the legal system.
