本文介绍一种淬火圆柱齿轮精加工新方法。精加工工序是由硬质合金单刀组成的装配式滚刀来完成的(见图)。这种滚刀分别加工齿轮齿的渐开线部分和渐开线末端齿根处平缓的曲线部分,精加工工序不加工过渡曲线。圆柱齿轮精加工工艺过程是对原苏联已经掌握和应用的圆锥齿轮精加工工艺的发展。切齿刀头的硬质合金刀片分别作为滚刀单侧硬质合金齿。滚刀单侧工作,也就是首先加工齿轮的一侧,然后用另一把滚刀来加工另外一侧。滚刀周节精度用螺钉4调整,用同一把刀子,可加工不同的周节。模数为8~16mm的齿轮,刀具2加工齿轮渐开线部分,当切削刀具2加工后出现台阶时,刀具3加工齿根渐开线端平缓的径向段。
This article describes a new method of quenching cylindrical gear finishing. Finishing process is composed of carbide single-edged assembly hob to complete (see photo).
