目的探讨乳腺癌组织中细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达及与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测60例浸润性乳腺癌组织中cyclinD1、ER、PR的表达。结果28例乳腺癌(46.7%)呈现cyclinD1过度表达。cyclinD1的表达与肿瘤大小、分化程度、组织学类型无显著相关性,但与乳腺癌TNM临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),且淋巴结转移≥4个的病例,cyclinD1过度表达明显高于0~3个淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),cyclinD1表达与ER、PR表达有关。结论cyclinD1过度表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移有密切关系;雌激素对乳腺癌的发生作用可能通过cyclinD1途径,检测cyclinD1、ER、PR的表达可为临床治疗提供参考。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 and its relationship with estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in breast cancer. Methods The expression of cyclinD1, ER and PR in 60 cases of invasive breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results 28 cases of breast cancer (46.7%) showed overexpression of cyclinD1. There was no significant correlation between the expression of cyclinD1 and tumor size, differentiation and histological type, but cyclinD1 was significantly associated with TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), and lymph node metastasis was more than 4 cases, cyclinD1 overexpression was significantly higher In 0 ~ 3 lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05), the expression of cyclinD1 was correlated with the expression of ER and PR. Conclusion The overexpression of cyclinD1 is closely related to lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. The role of estrogen in breast cancer may be related to cyclinD1 pathway. The detection of cyclinD1, ER and PR may provide reference for clinical treatment.
