目的 探讨绿脓杆菌胞外粘液多糖 (MEP)制备的结合菌苗的免疫效果。方法 将绿脓杆菌MEP与B群脑膜炎球菌外膜蛋白复合物 (OMPC)交联制成MEP -OMPC结合菌苗。免疫小鼠后 ,以ELISA法检测血清中抗MEP(IgG)抗体水平 ,并观察其对细菌腹腔攻击的保护作用。结果 以MEP -OMPC免疫小鼠后 ,所产生的抗MEP(IgG)抗体水平明显高于单纯MEP免疫组和PBS对照组 ,并能有效地预防绿脓杆菌的全身感染。结论 绿脓杆菌MEP -OMPC结合菌苗较单纯MEP具有更强免疫原性 ,能有效地诱生调理性抗体和预防绿脓杆菌全身感染
Objective To investigate the immunogenicity of the combined bacterins prepared from Mucobacterium aeruginosa extracellular mucopolysaccharide (MEP). Methods MEP-OMPC combined vaccine was constructed by cross-linking Pseudomonas aeruginosa MEP with B meningococcal outer membrane protein complex (OMPC). After the mice were immunized, the level of anti-MEP (IgG) antibody in serum was detected by ELISA and the protective effect against bacterial intraperitoneal challenge was observed. Results MEP -OMPC immunized mice, the anti-MEP (IgG) antibody levels were significantly higher than the MEP immunization group and the PBS control group, and can effectively prevent the systemic infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusions Pseudomonas aeruginosa MEP -OMPC combined with MEP vaccine has stronger immunogenicity than MEP, which can effectively induce the modulating antibody and prevent the systemic infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa
