在社会经济发展的推动下,我国外贸企业商业活动不断增加。商务英语属于商务交际活动的第一交流工具,其在对外贸易活动中发挥着极为重要的作用。从本质上来看,企业对外商务活动是一种跨文化的交际活动。然而中西方文化之间存在较大差异,在外贸企业对外贸易交流中会产生一定的矛盾及冲突,对外企商贸活动的正常开展带来严重影响。探索中西文化差异内容,分析外贸企业商务英语跨文化交际具体表现,提出提高外贸企业商务交流中跨文化交际能力的措施。
With the promotion of social and economic development, the commercial activities of foreign trade enterprises in our country have continuously increased. Business English belongs to the first communication tool of business communication activities and plays an extremely important role in foreign trade activities. In essence, foreign business activities of enterprises is a cross-cultural communication activities. However, there are big differences between Chinese and Western cultures. There will be some contradictions and conflicts in the foreign trade exchanges of foreign trade enterprises, which will seriously affect the normal conduct of foreign trade and commerce activities. Explore the content of cultural differences between China and the West, analyze the specific performance of foreign trade enterprises in business English intercultural communication, put forward measures to improve foreign trade enterprises in business communication intercultural competence.
