最近福建省工商行政管理局对外商投资企业中长期不缴资或经营期满不办理注销登记和违反有关法规的外商投资企业,依法分期分批予以吊销营业执照。闽北某公司因经营问题造成巨额亏损,被依法吊销营业执照。本文分析了公司从兴办到倒闭的教训,供有关部门和“三资”企业借鉴、参考。 Recently, the foreign-invested enterprises of the Fujian Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, foreign-funded enterprises that do not pay or have not completed the registration cancellation and the violation of relevant laws and regulations during the term of operation, have been revoked their business licenses in batches according to law. A company in northern Fujian caused huge losses due to business problems and was revoked its business license according to law. This article analyzes the lessons learned from the establishment of the company to the failure, for the relevant departments and “funded” enterprises to learn from, reference.
