在寒冷地区,改善发动机低温启动和驾驶室供暖条件的措施有很多,如安装乙醚装置、电热塞、进气预热器或者燃油加热器等。这些措施是利用发动机启动后的高温冷却液作为热媒,通过暖风机为驾驶室提供热量,是目前普遍采用的供暖方式,但这种暖风系统不能在启动发动机前就产生效果,不能适应寒冷工况下的工作需求。我们根据燃油加热器的工作原理,对发动机低温预热和驾驶室供暖系统进行了改进,解决了驾驶室暖风系统前期供热不足的问题,在启动发动机前便可迅速提高驾驶室温度,使发动机顺利启动。
