伴随中国经济文化的快速发展,各地区传统文化与工艺的保护、发掘日益受到人们的重视,国家也通过不同方式倡导地域文化的保护与发展。相对于我国其他地区,辽宁地域广阔,民风淳朴,大连又是国际知名的旅游胜地,浪漫之都。对如何从发展创新的角度去理解非物质文化遗产是一个关于传承与发展的问题。本文通过研究辽宁地区非物质文化遗产的内容与形式来发掘其地域文化中的深层次内涵,从新的角度去思考和发展辽宁地区非物之文化遗产的地域个性
With the rapid development of China’s economy and culture, the protection and excavation of traditional culture and crafts in various regions are increasingly valued by people. The state also advocates the protection and development of regional culture through different ways. Relative to other parts of our country, Liaoning has a vast territory and a simple folk customs. Dalian is also an internationally renowned tourist destination and romantic capital. How to understand intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of development and innovation is a question about inheritance and development. By studying the content and form of the intangible cultural heritage in Liaoning Province, this paper explores the deep connotation of its regional culture, and from a new perspective it tries to think about and develop the regional personality of the non-cultural heritage in Liaoning Province
