本试验采用双孢蘑菇组织分离和多孢分离方式,同时将移植1次和移植8次的一级菌种制种、栽培作对比试验研究,结果表明:菌丝体的生长、子实体的形成、蘑菇的产量都无显著差异。从而解决了双孢蘑菇菌种生产中,长期以来仅限于采用技术繁琐的多孢分离的繁育方式,进而可用简便的组织分离方法来代替;在稳定的培养条件下,蘑菇菌丝体的移植次数,可因生产需要而定,移植次数与菌种质量无内在相关性。
In this experiment, Agaricus bisporus tissue separation and multi-spore separation methods were used.
