本文报告了应用武汉生物制品研究所制的抗淋巴细胞球蛋白(ALG)——一种马抗人胸腺淋巴细胞球蛋白,通过同种异体猴植皮实验,以检定其抗排斥作用。 实验结果:①猴植皮后对照组猴有呕吐、食欲差、精神不振;实验组猴3,5术后食欲较差;其它猴食欲和活动无明显变化;实验组局部注射ALG后未见明显红肿及过敏现象。②术后第9天拆石膏观察皮片:对照组8块异体皮中4块在拆石膏时已出现排斥现象,另4块分别为术后9、10、13,16天出现排斥现象,平均存活期<10天,自体皮生长良好;实验组8块异体皮出现排斥现象的时间为:术后20天2块,27天3块,
