In this research, we study the methods of local farmers in Western Hunan Province to make farm manure, as well as the actual reason why there is a decreasing trend of using farm manure for crops. We found out that it may bring a series of problem to replace farm manure by the inorganic chemical fertilizer. Then, we aim to give solutions to the current plight so as to help those farmers gain more revenue and protect the environment. We come up with three solutions to solve this problems. 1. Government subsidies on farming to ensure the supply of the farm manure. 2.Using plants waste such as straw to substitute the animal farm manure. 3. Using mix fermentation to enhance the quality of farm manure and shorten the time needed for productions of manure. Possible consequences of different methods are given at the end of the research. While all of them is effective, method 3 is the best solution to this problem.
