本文观察了粘附培养的人单核巨噬细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、α-萘酚醋酸酯酶(ANAE)、过氧化酶(PO)等酶活性及其鸡红细胞吞噬率之差异。结果培养前粘附细胞的SDH、ANAE活性均高于不粘附细胞(P<0.01和0.05)。粘附细胞培养24、48h后仍粘附的细胞和悬浮细胞间酶活性差异均无显著性。培养48h的粘附和悬浮细胞之PO活性均低于培养24h的相同细胞(P<0.01)。上述各组细胞间鸡红细胞吞噬率均未见有统计意义的差异。这提示,在无人血清刺激时,单核巨噬细胞粘附能力的不同似乎与细胞分化成熟或功能活化状态有关
In this paper, we observed the enzyme activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), α-naphthol acetate (ANAE) and peroxidase (PO) in adherent cultured human macrophages and the difference of chicken erythrocyte phagocytosis rate . Results SDH and ANAE activity of adherent cells before culture were higher than that of nonadherent cells (P <0.01 and 0.05). There was no significant difference in the enzyme activity between the adherent cells and the adherent cells cultured for 24 and 48 h. The PO activity of adherent and suspension cells cultured for 48h was lower than that of the same cells cultured for 24h (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in phagocytic rate of chicken erythrocytes between the above groups. This suggests that the difference in the ability of monocytes to adhere to macrophages in the absence of human serum appears to be related to the maturation or functional activation of the cells
