近年来由农地冲突、拆迁补偿纠纷等引发的农村群体性事件多发、频发,其背后折射出农村法治的严重缺失与不足。法治为公正、理性与有序地解决农村群体性事件提供了最佳途径。本研究以晋宁“10·14”事件报道为例,主要考察分析媒体对农村群体性事件报道的媒介表达状况及法治进路问题,并在此基础上进一步探讨了媒体优化农村群体性事件报道、提升其普及法治精神、助推农村基层治理法治化等深度功能的策略路径,如在农村群体性事件报道的“法治价值取向”上,还应加强农村群体性事件的行政法反思、多元主体利益关系分析、以及化解农村群体性事件的法治思维路径探讨;在危机传播模式上,还应加强蕴含“可辩驳性”法治思维的“双向式对称模式”等。 In recent years, rural mass incidents triggered by disputes over farmland conflicts and demolition compensation have caused frequent and frequent incidents of rural mass incidents, which reflect the serious lack and deficiency of the rule of law in rural areas.
