目的分析重要病媒生物及相关传染病综合监测机制的作用。方法回顾性分析综合监测机制在长垣县疾病预防控制中心应用前后的重要病媒生物及相关传染病监测效果。结果综合监测机制应用后,长垣县疾病预防控制中心的蚊虫监测及鼠类监测情况均得到明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由病媒生物相关疾病监测与病媒生物种群密度监测整合的综合监测机制应用在疾病预防控制中心工作中,能够共享疫情信息、媒介标本与病原体检测结果,且预测媒介性疾病的流行。
Objective To analyze the role of comprehensive monitoring mechanism of important vectors and related infectious diseases. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the monitoring results of the integrated monitoring mechanism before and after the application of the important vector vectors and related infectious diseases in the Changyuan CDC. Results After the application of the comprehensive monitoring mechanism, the monitoring and monitoring of mosquitoes in Changyuan County CDC were significantly improved with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The integrated monitoring mechanism integrated with vector-borne disease surveillance and vector-based population density monitoring can be used in CDC to share outbreak information, vector specimens and pathogen detection results and to predict the prevalence of vector-borne diseases.
